MAKING THE IMPOSSIBLE VISIBLE

NOTHING WAS THERE BEFORE

This film began with a fascination for John Sugar, for its quiet atmosphere, its beautiful images and the way it allows a story to unfold almost between the lines.

It made me wonder what might happen if I took some of that feeling as a starting point and simply followed my own curiosity. What came out of it is a small journey into a world somewhere between fashion, film, artificial life and imagination.

The two figures are Cosmopolitan Polyglots, an imagined species somewhere between the familiar and the unknown. AI became part of the process, not as an end in itself, but as another way of exploring an idea and seeing where it might lead.

Perhaps that is what I enjoy most about making things. You start with a thought, follow it for a while, and somewhere along the way it becomes something you never quite expected.

An additional 2.39 Cinema version of this film is also available on my YouTube Channel, created specifically for a wider cinematic presentation.

Flavor of Fashion

For more than three decades, I have worked with photography, film and music. I have always loved the moment when an idea slowly becomes something real.

But some ideas were simply out of reach. Not because they weren’t worth creating, but because the world around them was too expensive, too complicated or depended on too many people saying yes. That has changed.

Today, new tools give artists and independent creatives the freedom to take an idea further, to experiment, to create worlds and images that once would have remained only in our imagination.

But the technology is not the artist. It never will be. The artist decides what to see. What to imagine. What to create. And what to leave behind.

FLAVOR OF FASHION is a series of six films and six soundtracks, created from that freedom. And this, is where it all begins.

A DIGITALLY CREATED PROTAGONIST

I got the Power

brings live action and a digitally created protagonist together in a visual journey between reality and imagination. And it received an Honourable Mention at the European Music Video Awards.

The film grew from a fascination with what happens when traditional filmmaking meets new digital possibilities. Real performances, physical spaces and digitally created imagery become part of the same world, sometimes clearly visible, sometimes deliberately difficult to tell apart.

The result is a playful exploration of where the boundaries between the real and the imagined begin to disappear, and what becomes possible when familiar ways of making films meet entirely new tools.
